He's in state prison right now for domestic abuse. The sheriff issued six open murder warrants, but the corrupt prosecutor refused to act.

I mean the prosecutor is the one responsible if he kills again. I did everything I could, investigated, interviewed suspects, gathered publicity, got the sheriff to issue the warrants...

I warned the public that a killer was on the loose etc. People need to protect themselves. The "Law" will not protect them.
