theanine and caffeine work well in tandem in particular, one pill is 50mg of caffeine, 100mg of theanine

I get in bed at 9:30, but depending on festivities I might not fall asleep till 12

Getting a decent amount of sleep is the key to not having a crap day or should I say one of the keys
