I have to cut my beard when I work in direct contact with clients

Some people can't wear contacts and as long as said person is doing her job wearing glasses should not be a problem. A easy solution that can please both parties are to define what glasses are approved to be used with their work uniforms

But knowing Japan it's old Japanese women bitching that cuz the lady in the store isn't in a traditional dress

I believe in lax grooming standards too, but personally if I shave my beard completely, I get a shitton of zits which undoublty looks worse than a small stubble
