I don't like how he's friends with many politicians

2019-07-10 23:11:34 UTC

The him being Epstein

2019-07-10 23:12:05 UTC

Makes me think he's going to get away

2019-07-11 00:28:01 UTC

Does recall apply to state governors? I can't remember

2019-07-11 00:30:18 UTC

if a state wants to do that shit, then I don't mind. The feds, however, need to be reeled in. 10th amendment has been ignored for a century or so

2019-07-11 00:30:27 UTC

longer than thay

2019-07-11 00:30:30 UTC

*that

2019-07-11 00:30:34 UTC

century and a half

2019-07-11 00:31:18 UTC

I mean, I would mind if it was my state

2019-07-11 00:35:45 UTC

What's your position on children brought into the country illegally?

2019-07-11 00:38:35 UTC

I haven't really mulled over it a whole lot (it's a current issue so I probably should) but getting separated is shitty so keep the family together until they're deported. parents are responsible for their kids

2019-07-11 00:39:24 UTC

What about those who are already in the country?

2019-07-11 00:39:28 UTC

Like in schools and such

2019-07-11 00:41:54 UTC

They do have to be Constitutional or it gets struck down.

2019-07-11 00:42:33 UTC

Talking about state laws? Of course, Constitution is Supreme law of the land

2019-07-11 00:42:37 UTC

US Citizenship is quite clearly determined.

2019-07-11 00:43:19 UTC

What about those who've been in the country for 10+ but are still considered immigrants?

2019-07-11 00:43:37 UTC

should've been caught earlier, and are still illegal, correct?

2019-07-11 00:43:49 UTC

is there a statue of limitations on illegal immigration?

2019-07-11 00:44:41 UTC

He can declare anything he likes, if it affects National Policy (oh elections let's say), the SC has to rule on it when challenged.

2019-07-11 00:45:26 UTC

No. You don't magically become a citizen by not getting caught after X years.

2019-07-11 00:46:01 UTC

Even those brought as children?

2019-07-11 00:46:18 UTC

There are some immigrants who aren't even considered citizens in the country they were brought from

2019-07-11 00:46:24 UTC

In a sense it creates an issue

2019-07-11 00:46:44 UTC

What do you do with a person who has no citizenship status anywhere?

2019-07-11 00:47:00 UTC

where were they born?

2019-07-11 00:47:06 UTC

In another country

2019-07-11 00:47:19 UTC

and they didn't get citizenship there?

2019-07-11 00:47:55 UTC

They did but because they were only there for a few months, and haven't been back and have been in the US the rest of their life, the country doesn't claim them.

2019-07-11 00:48:38 UTC

Like some people are born in places, but it doesn't mean they're citizens
