the uk is generally a lot easier with modified cars than the US, though that's state dependent
also you guys can't touch privately imported cars for 25 years legally because dumb legislation
a lot of the car regulation we have in norway as well if from the EU. EU have done it best to kill off the repair and mod your own car people. you have people that advocate that even change your own tiers are something that only licensed mechanics are allowed to do now. it just sad
