@Goblin_Slayer_Floki what lifts make holding guns easier

2019-06-06 04:48:46 UTC

Like low ready holding or firing?

Low read and standing position is all biceps and triceps larger guns lower back as well.

2019-06-06 04:49:13 UTC

Kneeling, sitting, and prone shouldn't take you any strength if your position is correct

2019-06-06 04:50:32 UTC

I assumed you meant strength training. @Tero

2019-06-06 04:55:14 UTC

standing and firing

2019-06-06 04:55:38 UTC

was at the range a little while ago and aiming a revolver got quite tiring at the end

2019-06-06 04:58:44 UTC

Where did you feel the fatigue?

2019-06-06 04:59:35 UTC

Give me 30 and I can talk more. Finishing up work

2019-06-06 05:02:07 UTC

like my arms somewhere

2019-06-06 05:02:15 UTC

upper obviously

2019-06-06 05:29:48 UTC

Ah. Making sure there was no pain or fatigue in the hands, forearms, elbows or shoulders. As that could hint to a few different issues.

If it's just upper arm front and back then simple bicep and tricep conditioning should do the trick.

So basically your best training would be Push ups (wide, regular, narrow and all 3 elivated), tricep overhead extensions, curls, dips, pull down w rope, narrow grip barbells, ect

2019-06-06 05:30:42 UTC

Focus on both equally, because both will give you the strength you need.

How long were you actively lifting the revolver, and how heavy is it?

2019-06-06 05:42:40 UTC

probably shoulders as well

2019-06-06 05:50:53 UTC

Those will help with shoulders as well

2019-06-06 06:41:50 UTC
