Im saying that functioning means that its fulfilling its function. But if its functioning and melting peoples arms off with boiling water at the same time, then its whole function is fucked up. A democratic govt will always be wishy washy, because the most important thing is the optics for their next election

Either see it through until its stable again and thats like decades of some form of military presence, or leave shit be and only step in under well defined preset conditions which is difficult to do because conditions change unimaginably

I'm not sure why everyone hates Russia but I also am not too familiar with their policies besides the fact that Russia, like every other country, wants whats best for Russia which makes sense
