No, what the theory takes as causes is to a large part due to being a bit too simplified

Not sure how to put it in proper english, but to draw an analogy, its like putting a band aid over a cut after, instead of preventing the cut

simple theories are the best, obviously it's not the alpha and omega of causes for vandalism but it's a good start
