as they did point out, china is built so cheap now the houses from 10 year past is in better shape even without any maintenance. and maintenance is a dirty word in china

So in many cases proper foundations cant be built

As i said before, if you guys think China is a paper tiger and a trade war with China will be easy, you will have a big surprise

think the longest you can lease the land is 99 years. and the goverment can rewoke it at any time so no one is willing to take care of it
