like the most normal way to treat a PTSD have been to have a speak about it therapy session . it works wonders for females but the data shows it makes it even worse for men. so bad that you have an increased risk of killing yourself after a session as a male

soldiers with ptsd react differently to therapy than civilians, especially marines as they've been brainwashed to think they are devil dogs

yea that dont help on top of that it turn out making soldiers remember such horrible trauma does not help at all

religion can't be considered a mental illness due to it being buried so deep in our collective psyche. it's been only 100-200 years that atheism has even been a thing.

you can have a case for that as church people do have a better family structure then atheists type of people, and a stable family structure is linked to mental wellbeing
