Again....I'm not saying hers. For many are just given what amounts to hospice care by missionaries. Because there is no cure or facilities in many areas.

2019-06-16 18:40:03 UTC

Or the people cant afford said cures/treatments

2019-06-16 18:41:51 UTC

I mean as a whole I believe that mission work is usually very beneficial.

2019-06-16 18:42:05 UTC

why so?

2019-06-16 18:42:11 UTC

Why did the hospitals give the children to her

2019-06-16 18:42:13 UTC

I just wanted to show off this one separate case.

2019-06-16 18:42:30 UTC

She probably lied

2019-06-16 18:42:36 UTC

They were desperate probably.

2019-06-16 18:42:57 UTC

@Capitán Alatriste and they probably didn't have resources to vet her

2019-06-16 18:42:58 UTC

And? The hospitals of Uganda dont have a standard of care to not?

2019-06-16 18:43:03 UTC

But they didn’t know she was a quack.

2019-06-16 18:43:29 UTC

listen, if you a whitey in africa, you're most likely a quack

2019-06-16 18:43:36 UTC

But yea missionaries in general do a ton of good work, from the various faiths.

2019-06-16 18:43:39 UTC

They closed one of her clinics in 2015.

2019-06-16 18:43:45 UTC

This stuff happens in the West too

2019-06-16 18:44:00 UTC

People lie about having health clinics when they aren't licenced

2019-06-16 18:44:22 UTC

Wait they knew she was doing this stuff in 2015? And let her keep going?

2019-06-16 18:44:37 UTC

Christian Relief Fund just goes around digging wells in Africa and villages are built around these wells.

2019-06-16 18:45:03 UTC

christian missionaries are chad

2019-06-16 18:45:17 UTC

Mormons do a lot of the similar as well.

2019-06-16 18:45:53 UTC

I personally know a missionary that adopted a family of 5 after their parents were killed for accusations of witchcraft.

2019-06-16 18:46:27 UTC

That's some good shit there. Not the witchcraft part. But the adoption

2019-06-16 18:46:50 UTC

Cause they definitely didnt have to

2019-06-16 18:47:01 UTC

<:chad:431600553806790667>

2019-06-16 18:47:11 UTC

It’s still early and we don’t know all the details but if this article is true, I believe that the Ugandan government should be the one to deliver justice.

2019-06-16 18:47:36 UTC

The rest of the ministry in America needs to be arrested.

2019-06-16 18:48:27 UTC

Depends how much the ministry knows. But if the Ugandan Gov knew about it in 2015 and shut down some of her clinics then...

2019-06-16 18:49:42 UTC

She could have lone wolfed it

2019-06-16 18:50:53 UTC

They must’ve not known she returned to continue working at another clinic. I don’t think they knew the severity of what was going on. They just shut it down because she didn’t have a license. It would’ve been very hard to prosecute an American citizen in an African country.

2019-06-16 18:51:35 UTC

They could have deported her.

2019-06-16 18:51:44 UTC

That would be a deportable offense

2019-06-16 18:52:33 UTC

And it's not really that hard. At the most the US would have called for extradition

2019-06-16 18:52:39 UTC

Either way it would ha e stopped it

2019-06-16 18:52:44 UTC

I really hope Sargon catches wind of this. I’m curious about how he would comment on this.

2019-06-16 18:54:03 UTC

Hes athiest...so I kinda already see how it would go. It would depend though on how much good work missionaries do that he knows of. The good isnt often reported

2019-06-16 18:54:04 UTC

Well he's not going to add much to what we've said here

2019-06-16 18:54:59 UTC

He'll probably rant about "white guilt" and SJWs and then end up talking about something completely unrelated

2019-06-16 18:56:22 UTC

Pretty much

2019-06-16 18:56:56 UTC

And maybe demean Christian's in the mix.

2019-06-16 19:06:18 UTC

I know that Sargon is an atheist, but I don't think I've seen him demean Christians
