well, why would you, you just go to the area where they got the deli, meat and baked goods and ask for whatever the fuck you want

though ive never seen the concept of integrating bakeries and butcheries into a supermarket in the US

Just buy toast, lettuce, cheese, ham, salami, tomato and mayo and you can have for the same price a sandwich every day for a week and a half
