i think the only thing that's undermining the whole 'we need to take in refugees' is how much that's been thrown around when they are simply economic migrants

A few will die, sure, but the majority would survive
The most moral thing our country can do is say that they are welcome here

For the longest time I thought I was anti-refugee because of economic migrants
Because there was no distinction between them

I absolutely agree Australia should be taking in refugees. Right after we check their backgrounds and get them to follow our laws and culture

40 year old Mohammed, self-identified child refugee comes to the UK for no other reason than welfare and the blind eye that the law gives him to do as he pleases

Unfortunately that's not going to happen because our public institutions are cucked

people get pissed, and now when people talk about people coming to other countries fleeing from wars, they think of the rape gangs and how governments seem to ready to stick them with the general population and then basically suspend the laws for these specific groups
