Just get a dog and play with him a lot this way you both do sports but also have fun in the meantime

at least swimming is a novel experience compared to walking

But if you get a dog you might as well get the real deal

German shepherds are good but they got a lot of genetic issues, their backs turn to mush by the time they are 7 years old

If they didn't have those issues they'd probably be my favorite breed

also, my justification to vegans/vegetarians about why I'll eat cow but dislike cultures eating cats/dogs is "it's because I respect other carnivores"

My favorite breed has to be the berner sennenhund

They also die young but they make up for it with everything else

Huskies are cute, but Israel will be too warm for them.

They drool a lot

To the point where it's annoying

But other than the drool they are a good breed

my mother's doesn't seem to be bothered by it

He likes swimming but he doesn't go insane without it
