I don’t want the us to have open borders with any of those countries

But even then, you don't want social, economic or political problems these countries cause, to be your burden, when their citizens flee to the USA.

It shouldnt be difficult for professionals to get in the country though

Doctors have to get requalified here

we have that in place and it was supported during the brexit referendum

we have open borders with the EU

Should be training doctors in our own country not relying on doctors coming over here

and most will do easy subjects

like journalism
