It's the idea that you have to do hard work in exchange for your vote.

If you're not mentally healthy enough to complete your service, you shouldn't be voting anyways.

If you need to get into the service for welfare, well the skills you learn in service will prevent you from needing to use welfare in the first place.

I think everyone should do military service, because its our duty as citizen of our country to be ready to protect it.
