Except my parents don’t give me much

2019-04-17 02:42:05 UTC

I have a 95 bronco

2019-04-17 02:42:06 UTC

Electric motorcycle? Blecch.

2019-04-17 02:42:08 UTC

To anything

2019-04-17 02:42:13 UTC
2019-04-17 02:42:17 UTC

That I have owned for 6 years

2019-04-17 02:42:21 UTC

@Jym look up lightning ls 218 and say that again

2019-04-17 02:43:03 UTC

@Banana_soda we have a couple of suburbans we use when we have to

2019-04-17 02:43:11 UTC

clearly you don't get motorcycles.....

2019-04-17 02:43:16 UTC

?

2019-04-17 02:43:20 UTC

What don’t I get about them

2019-04-17 02:43:31 UTC
2019-04-17 02:43:33 UTC

I just started working my new job yesterday

2019-04-17 02:43:38 UTC

Nice

2019-04-17 02:43:41 UTC

What do you do?

2019-04-17 02:43:43 UTC

The shop is a shithole

2019-04-17 02:43:50 UTC

Mechanic

2019-04-17 02:44:01 UTC

For a service fleet

2019-04-17 02:45:10 UTC

Like they're cheap. They're easy to work on. They are hella fun to ride. The ls 218 might be the third but is nowhere near the first two.

2019-04-17 02:45:21 UTC

Yes, but it’s all of the third

2019-04-17 02:45:46 UTC

Also I’d consider 50k cheap for something with that level of performance

2019-04-17 02:46:31 UTC

2.2 sec 0-60 and 218 mph top speed

2019-04-17 02:46:45 UTC

Yeah race bikes aren't expensive compared to other similar level race cars

2019-04-17 02:46:53 UTC

Idk if you’ve ever been at the controls of anything electric but the instant response is downright addicting

2019-04-17 02:47:07 UTC

It's not. You can get performance for a tenth of that if you know how to use a wrench and aren't some eco-fag. Not that the ls 218 is eco-freindly at all.....

2019-04-17 02:47:27 UTC

Yeah, scissor lifts have lightning acceleration

2019-04-17 02:47:36 UTC

Instant even

2019-04-17 02:47:44 UTC

Heh

2019-04-17 02:48:10 UTC

@Jym how isn’t it?

2019-04-17 02:48:42 UTC

Battery manufacturing is one of the top ground pollutants

2019-04-17 02:48:51 UTC

Yes

2019-04-17 02:48:54 UTC

Working on that

2019-04-17 02:48:57 UTC

@Antiboom Don't you end up oversteering a lot?

2019-04-17 02:48:59 UTC

Wait

2019-04-17 02:49:05 UTC

For a tenth of that

2019-04-17 02:49:13 UTC

Are you saying I can for 5 grand

2019-04-17 02:49:22 UTC

Do a 2.2 second 0-60

2019-04-17 02:49:37 UTC

Holy hell that's fast

2019-04-17 02:49:52 UTC

Supply chain and energy budget. The energy expenditure to make a high end electric motor outweighs the miniscule reduction from it's use.

2019-04-17 02:50:11 UTC

You should be counter-steering most of the time anyway tbqh.

2019-04-17 02:50:16 UTC

@banestrum it has pretty good traction control, and I’m used to oversteering because I drive an 8.1 liter v8 suburban like a maniac
