tbh why would you even ask
just do it and then let Disney try and sue you to remove a dead kid's gravestone
that'll look real good for them
Or the engraver
Β―\_(γ)_/Β―
EXACTLY
asking Disney is just the behavior of sheep
it's pathetic
i mean can they even complain if you buy like a spiderman sticker and put it on a grave?
thought the first sale doctrine would apply
I think the arrest me, so help you God doctrine would apply
they just sue the cemetery or town and have them remove it <:makes_you_think:382980749780844554>
so help you God
I am actually fairly sure that if they bought a sticker or officially-produced large figurine, they could put that on or around the grave however they like
like how you can put books you buy on display in public
but it sounds like they want to have the headstone engraved with spiderman's likeness
which would be an unauthorized reproduction
It is better to ask forgiveness than to ask permission
and again I mention, they'd be suing to remove the gravestone of a dead child
when you immediately go public
true
in this case the parent/s were screwed by the council who preemptively thought to seek permission from disney
idiots
do it anyway
What they gunna do?
true
local council gonna look shit if they try to stop you lol
They mostly eat kitkats in their office
they probs won't notice
just had a bro moment with a random old guy in the supermarket carpark
launched my trolley and rode it across the car park
old dude was just like
"I like it"
"you're just a big kid and it looks like fun"
Don't tell your wife
but men never grow up
NEVER
it's too late she knows
I live nextdoor to my parents and my dad is worse than me
