but set an alarm to stop using electronic an hour before you go to bed
and then to wake up 9-10 hours later
and eventually you'll get used to getting howver much sleep you'll need
and you'll feel better and more refreshed

no offense, but you could use it some
it'll make you healthier, and I think regulates brain chemicals and makes you feel better in general

even if it's just minor weightlifting, you have to start somewhere
even if you're horribly overweight, no one will judge you in a gym
everyone knows everyone is there to improve
if you walk into a gym and start working out, everyone will go "good for that guy, he's working to improve himself"
and over time, you will improve
@josephchansen seriously though, going to the gym will gradually improve your quality of life, mentally and physically

I wanted to make a home Gym but I can't afford it.
BJJ will change your life
that's what I'd reccomend, since it's the most pracitcal
bjj makes you realize so many things about fighting
it's useful, and fun
I have been paying a Gym membership I haven't been using for months.
gets you in shape, and makes you a way more effective fighter

@josephchansen really though, if you're not gonna do your own workout, cancel your gym membership and take up BJJ, it's useful and fun
