The points in the screenshot seem insufficient to me. Remember that the NPCs can be programmed to have selective amnesia and Hillary has been laying low for the past few years. The Dems will grab at any straw to win, you know, because Drumpf is literally genociding Mexicans, and the narrative of Saint Hillary is their best bet (who cares about facts, especially facts about things that happened years ago?). They could even turn the Crooked Hillary narrative in their favor by saying IF she had done anything wrong, she WOULD have gone to prison. Suddenly not only does she not appear to be above the law, but also Trump seems to have broken one of his campaign promises.
