I watch female sports quite often, specially during the Winter. Women are awful at freestyle sports (skiing and snowboarding) but they are 100% watchable on racing sports. Women's soccer drove me insane for 180 minutes.
I don't mind them running slower, shooting softer, passing shorter, being imprecise with long passes... I understand why all that happens and it's fine. I can't stand them being dumber than a Congolese teenager, that's just too much.

There are lots of 15 year olds at peak physical condition, and IQ peaks on average at 16.
It is not in the least unexpected for female athletes, even elite ones, to lose to male athletes, the physical differences are just too enormous. Sports segregate by sex for good reason.

on average boys get they last growth spurt at 14
which means you on average have in a U15 team guys with literal growing pains and bodys which they had comperativly little team to get used to 😛

No, IQ definitely peaks at 16 on average. Many parts of the brain have yet to finish maturing, but that is the average age at which one's IQ stops increasing.
IQ is VERY different to the rationality quotient, life experience and emotional maturity.

MOST SPORTS have worldwide junior competitions for under-23 athletes because that's how the human body works.
Even chess has its World Junior Championships limited to under-20 competitors.
Have you even heard of Progressive Matrices, the quintessential fluid intelligence test?
Performance on those peaks at around 16, although later in some people and earlier in others.
