Diversity in small doses can actually be helpful. The thing is, White people overdo it and import way too many people that don't find it necessary to assimilate with the host culture. So they bring their culture and all the negativity associated with it with them. After the successful host culture becomes the minority, they get overridden. That's where the main problem is.
