Corbyn is literally saying the fucking referendum does not count. I'd shot him and I don't even like Brexit!

2019-04-12 19:39:27 UTC

Corbyn looks like Uncle Badtouch with sclerosis of the liver.

2019-04-12 19:55:30 UTC

Brexit will not happen

2019-04-12 19:55:43 UTC

they'll extend it until people give up

2019-04-12 19:57:06 UTC

because nobody in the parliament wants any kind of brexit

2019-04-12 19:57:39 UTC

That's entirely irrelevant.

2019-04-12 19:57:42 UTC

if we're unlucky the 2011 riots will look like a sunday stroll when people have had enough and lash out

2019-04-12 19:58:07 UTC

The people voted for it, they've earned it 100%. The opinion of a bunch of rich entitled cunts is entirely meaningless in this situation.

2019-04-12 19:58:35 UTC

A politicians' job is to REPRESENT the people. They should be mostly mindless.

2019-04-12 19:59:16 UTC

they're or are supposed to be servants of the people

2019-04-12 19:59:28 UTC

And the people voted for Brexit, CASE CLOSED.

2019-04-12 19:59:32 UTC

if people vote out then you get out and negotiate later

2019-04-12 19:59:57 UTC

so brexit on the very next day and old system will be used until there's a deal

2019-04-12 20:01:05 UTC

It's some very basic cutthroat shit. British MPs and EuroParl people are only allowed to NEGOTIATE. Delaying Brexit and even thinking about wild shit like deleting it from history or having a 2nd referendum is the exact shit that makes me think Europe doesn't believe in democracy.

2019-04-12 20:01:29 UTC

EU doesn't @druiz

If the English people riot, the elites will unleash their grinning enforcers, also known as the police. They're too scared to deal with violent Muslims, but they love stomping on actual English people.

2019-04-12 20:02:21 UTC

Either put all those fuckers in jail or just shoot them dead. They're dictators and wannabe dictators so I'm entirely fine with all of them getting a bullet to the back of their heads.

2019-04-12 20:02:59 UTC

or make them live in malmö for one week

2019-04-12 20:03:05 UTC

or east London

2019-04-12 20:03:16 UTC

@Largezo112 - That table is somewhat #FakeNews as some of those referendums had a "minimum participation" rule.

2019-04-12 20:03:24 UTC

which is?

2019-04-12 20:03:40 UTC

the vote is not binding?

2019-04-12 20:04:30 UTC

Danish Maastricht Treaty Referendum was called off because of the supernarrow margin of victory.

2019-04-12 20:05:03 UTC

how's that supposed to work?

2019-04-12 20:05:34 UTC

why wasn't the 2000 US presidential election called off then, it was even tighter

2019-04-12 20:05:35 UTC

?

2019-04-12 20:06:00 UTC

Irish one was redone because, well, 🇮🇪 isn't a democracy, it's just a socialist dictatorship.

2019-04-12 20:06:53 UTC

When it comes to bigtime referendums, countries tend to nullify them if the results are very close to avoid having almost 50% of the country really fucking mad.

2019-04-12 20:07:28 UTC

well that makes no sense

2019-04-12 20:07:38 UTC

why nullify?

2019-04-12 20:07:47 UTC

voting is not supposed to be a sport

2019-04-12 20:09:37 UTC

It ain't nice having around 50% of a country's population very unhappy, you usually want a not-tight race.

2019-04-12 20:10:39 UTC

Going back to the list...
French EU Constitution Referendum = ignored for no apparent reason, negotiated by politicians backstage, new shit came out in 2007 and was then voted by parliament (no referendum). That's quite anti-democratic if you ask me.

2019-04-12 20:13:27 UTC

Dutch EU Constitution Referendum = done 3 days after the French one, it was considered "irrelevant" because 🇫🇷 had already voted against it. Originally, the EU Constitution had to win in ALL countries to proceed. It's quite disgusting how 🇪🇺 ignored its own fucking rules.

Something interesting about the role of Spaniards in social media.
· A lot more people than you think brigade posts of people enjoying bad examples of Spanish food such as paella, gazpacho and others. The people destroying the food usually receive joke death threats.
