@Slut_maker I'm not being argumentative, just anecdotal: I grew up about 30 miles away from Topeka on a farm, in a majority white county. My county, and some of the neighboring counties (including the one I work and live in now) got hit hard by Methamphetamine. The tweakers act all cool, but you gotta keep an eye on them. They steal a lot. In fact, my majority white rural county has a majority white criminal population. I think it's more of a trash people being trash issue.
