I think I'd like to go to the states, there are a lot more job opportunities in my industry and there's no language barrier across states like there is in europe across countries

I've had this plan for a while to start a company, find someone in the US to do the same and merge them so I can move myself on a L1 visa

my coworkers generally speak english but trying to find housing in madrid without speaking spanish was a nightmare and all countries deal with _everything_ differently

for a while I was living in northern belgium where they speak dutch and working in southern belgium where they spoke french, trying to juggle 4 languages at the same time is no good
