I'm torn. On the one hand I love the simplicity of old tech (carbs e.t.c.), but on the other hand the reliability, and efficiency of new tech is wild.

Electric cars are cool because all the power is available instantly, if wanted. No need to worry about Torque/Horsepower curves. I sure do like the sound of an engine, though.

I went to a dirt track race awhile ago. The feeling in your chest as the cars go by is like no other. I grew up near Heartland Park. They're known amongst those in professional drag racing. I love the sound, man.

Or the banshee scream of MotoGP or F1!

It'll eventually switch tho, if electric takes over. I personally am looking forward to a bunch of self-driving cars parting out of my way like the red sea as I through them on my racer
