think

2019-07-10 16:44:23 UTC

It sure is
Beautiful is good and evil is ugly
Very simple stuff xD

2019-07-10 16:44:34 UTC

Yes
We've all gone through different things

2019-07-10 16:44:35 UTC

You know it in your soul! :P

2019-07-10 16:44:39 UTC

But the ultimate goal is the same

2019-07-10 16:44:42 UTC

Yes :D

2019-07-10 16:45:21 UTC

Actually hearing of my father's hardships and his parents' hardships, they dwarf my own

2019-07-10 16:45:42 UTC

Depending on how you look at it I suppose

2019-07-10 16:54:44 UTC

Yes it's true in some situations
You can weigh everything up
But your life is yours
Under God were all the same

2019-07-10 16:56:02 UTC

:)

2019-07-10 16:56:12 UTC

Anyone know where I can get a Cello restrung in NE Kansas?

2019-07-10 16:56:34 UTC

No, but cellos are awesome

2019-07-10 16:57:02 UTC

I agree

2019-07-10 16:57:42 UTC

I play several stringed instruments, and am looking to move to piano. Step 1, of course, is to find a piano

2019-07-10 16:58:43 UTC

There are many pianos, I believe

2019-07-10 16:58:49 UTC

(To be potentially acquired)

2019-07-10 16:59:26 UTC

I would assume so. I'm torn between violin and piano, but piano is just so enticing.

2019-07-10 16:59:37 UTC

Tough choice indeed

2019-07-10 16:59:47 UTC

Do you know Divinire?

2019-07-10 17:00:26 UTC

I think that alone would tilt me towards piano

2019-07-10 17:01:33 UTC

I'm listening now. But there is a particular Chopin tune (Nocturne op. 9 no. 2) that is steering me towards piano

2019-07-10 17:02:10 UTC

Although, there is strings in that track too...

2019-07-10 17:02:16 UTC

But,the piano really does it for me I think

2019-07-10 17:02:21 UTC

listening to Chopin now

2019-07-10 17:02:42 UTC

Ah this is familiar

2019-07-10 17:04:32 UTC

I've played a stringed instrument since I was 9. I have a certain affinity for strings. Much more recently, however, I've been getting into orchestral pieces. I used to be nearly exclusively rock/punk/funk/blues.

2019-07-10 17:04:54 UTC

It's nice to appreciate different styles

2019-07-10 17:05:22 UTC

I don't really like to pick favourites, but certain jazz or funk tracks are excellent

2019-07-10 17:07:30 UTC

I listen to everything from opera to metal, but playing the different pieces is new. I particularly enjoy blues/funk/soul just because the basslines groove.

2019-07-10 17:08:17 UTC

yeah, funky bass is especially pleasing to the ears

2019-07-10 17:08:20 UTC

and agreed, opera, metal

2019-07-10 17:08:41 UTC

Well... I like Gilbert and Sullivan which is operetta

2019-07-10 17:08:55 UTC

and Aria Of The Soul from Persona 4 which is opera style singing

2019-07-10 17:10:47 UTC

When I was in Austria I saw a bunch of pieces from different operettas live. Unforgettable. It gave me a new appreciation for a bunch of new styles of music.

Wunderbär

2019-07-10 17:13:43 UTC

If you happen to have any youtube playlists, I would love to give them a listen

2019-07-10 17:14:05 UTC

(Or otherwise if there is another good platform for sharing playlists... As Google is evil)

2019-07-10 17:16:02 UTC

Unfortunately, I pay $10.99 monthly just for Google Play Music. I would, however, be more than happy to drop a couple playlists here and there, if you would like.

2019-07-10 17:16:49 UTC

On Google Play? I don't have it

2019-07-10 17:22:13 UTC

Nah I could just write it out/drop a YouTube link
