been hearing rumors she might be replaced
She complains about too much "straight white men" in these films.
I think Gina Carano would have been an amazing choice for Captain Marvel...
Who is that?
former MMA fighter, was Crush in the new American Gladiators
she was the star in Haywire
dude yeah. i don't ever understand those "girl power scenes"... like nice, you have women in movies.
she played Angel Dust in the Deadpool movie
Ah, okay, I know who you're talking about now.
it seems really weird to me that theyd do something like that lol. like just make them integrated into the movie
I noticed the fight scenes in Captain Marvel were very awful when they couldn't use a body double
I don't think Brie Larson trained at all
Unlikely.
and the free running sections were awful
they dont have to make a whole thing about them all being together or some shit
they really needed to cast someone actually capable of those kinds of physical activity, which she is not
and Brie Larson does seem like a wooden plank in Captain Marvel... the role obviously did not require massive acting chops, would have been perfect for Gina Carano
shes got a much more intimidating stare than Brie Larson, and apparently Captain Marvel relies on 'intimidating stare' a lot
Yeah, I just don't really see Larson as an action star.
Yeah I thought captian marvel could have been better
Yeah, I know it was released today.
Will buy endgame too when it is released
I'm assuming thats where more than half of its income came from... people just wanting to make sure they have the complete story for Endgame
Even though I think the best so far was infiity wars
Oh yeah I'm sure man
It has a horrible user rating on rotten tomatoes
And that's after them deleting tens of thousands of reviews
Though I do like that one actor. The one who was in the movie ai as the robot gigolo
right... his name escapes me... but yeah hes good
Scrosese makes pretty good movies. Not much feminism In those afaik.
Yeah, his upcoming film should be interesting.
What is his upcoming film?
I'm wary of aging directors
George Lucas and Steven Speilberg definitely lost their magic
Silence was excllent.
excellent*
Pacino, De Niro, and Pesci are back together.
Oh nice
sounds like he still has it
