Here is a local story. A female police officer went home at night to apartment, and found there a naked black man in the apartment. She end up shooting and killing him.
Then, she discovered she had gone into the wrong apartment, it was not hers.

This is probably because she was under stress after work and at night with programming the mind works on its own. This is why evil people they know that when pushing people off limits creates such mistakes.....
