Scottish Court has no standing in these matters because they created the Supreme Court to deal with these matters as a UK court. It is not a devolved matter. It's politicing by Scots re their Independence etc

there's lots of that. It turns out that May altered the text of the Article 50 from the Lisbon Treaty, that MPs voted on. It changed the meaning that such that it gave the impression that there could be more than one extension to the 2 year period. The EU played along of course. In addition they initially turned down what May had asked for and offered 2 dates 1 if the W/A was passed the other if not. This also made it unlawful as ONLy a single date is allowed to be offered.
the Remainers bill to block NO Deal is also unlawful as Bercow stated it needed no Queens Consent. but it did because it altered the right of the PM to his Royal prerogative power. The bill had no Queens consent so is thus unlawful. This is different to Royal Assent,
It means that the UK already left the EU on 29/3 and this is in addition to the argument from the Tilbrook case that May was blocked from using prerogative power to extend.
