stems from the fact that as a govt minister he famously used 2 official govt Jaguar cars to chauffeur him about and then in retaliation to a protester (an ugly looking chap with a mullet I remember) Prescott punched him twice in the face. So the nickname he had.. 2 Jags then became 2 Jabs. Back then Govt ministers could get away with punching members of the public. Now you can't even touch or remove a potential terrorist without the leftist twateratti going bananas!
