There are 3 bills the Notification act from 2017 that was required after the Gina Miller case for the notification of article 50 then the 2018 act and then the WAB that has failed in parliament 3 times. The 2018 was altered by a statutory Instrument by Theresa May regards to the 29th March 2019 extension of A50. According to her to bring it in line with International Law (she stated) when she used her Royal Prerogative powers to extend A50 (possibly illegally) without an act of parliament. The 2017 act was left unamended.
