i noticed the railroad tracks next to it...and followed the tracks off the main connection...to a chemical plant
the chemical plant was poorly maintained ...looked like a front
even that one closed some time after the fire at the leather factory
the railroad tracks were undamaged in the fire...so there was no reason to use that as an excuse to close the place
