well it's the most restrictive, but unlike the georgia heartbeat, the 'mother' can't get arrested and sent to yrs in prison for having an abortion
btw, the left for at least a decade has been using the 'serious health risk' clause in many areas...but mostly claiming it on mental health issues of the mother threatening to commit suicide unless she has an abortion
claiming that the hormones created during preg state causes mental instability in them(quite possible if they were already on such meds to control it and forced off them to let a child grow within them)
