mentally preparing people for an outage
thinking most of the outages are wireless related, or wired related but not fiber
a few jammer planes could setup over the effected areas blocking services if they really wanted a msm blackout
military secure coms are not effected by such jammers since the jammers are mostly designed to take out public access lines of coms not secured military lines of coms
when the fcc releases freq ranges for new tech...it's normally after the military was done using them for secured coms for decades, and finally created the updates to jammers for said freq ranges
theres like a 5-10 nanosec lag between 1 base on one side of the planet to another base on another side of the planet thats run by the usa...they always get the best speeds and bandwidth first
