their lost their think tanks ..they forgot to actually read the bill of rights and usa constitution before getting into office and when they finally get there they had to read all the rules allowed under the usa constitution including eo's from president..instead they've been using their own 'political' rules for all these decades while hiding actual civics classes from the general public so we wouldn't notice it
except for those that did keep the old civics books and shared that information in secret to build up the digital army for when this eventual war of words on the internet to happen
