even cops don't get full auto
only military units do
or tactical response
and the general idea is to take the shooter alive but still stop them
so one possible shooter dead..another one may or may not be on the loose
haven't discovered another mention of the 2nd shooter since that 2am report but that was taken from a scanner and reported on the news channel
