That information on The dayton shooters mother is quite interesting.
I just scanned it quickly won't have time to look properly til 2moro. A lot of ppl getting confused between the 2 Connor Betts though. The one who died in 2014 with middle name D and the shooter middle name S.

yes think so people just see the headline and link and look no further. They look like 2 different people. A bit similar and the fact they both have a sister the same name.. But digging a bit you see they're different. The S betts guy (shooter) hearing voices and this new Darpa info as well as his twitter handle being related to C_A and founder of US Psychological war unit is interesting.
and then he retweeted about the sleeper cells before going on his shooting spree..
