If you look at the image, many are sharing it with it squashed in horizontally which is distorting the aspect ratio. @Andrewi posted it with that fixed. I was about to post one I fixed. Note with the image fixed the text is now wrong and stretched so whoever made it did so with a distorted image as their base and wrote the text on top of that. With the distorted image the head would always look wrong and too big as it would be shorter but higher.
