urban planning isnt bad, just if its too centered around dumb shit that brakes the mold for the majority of human history and urban communities.
cities built by people without any central idea are practical only for consuming-working, nothing else
no one bothers with green areas or bigger flats
and nonplanning is also bad but having commercial and housing divided is backwards
