Imma reading it, but I scrolled down ahead of time, and noticed, you already ended the first Chapter? That's a bit short for a first chapter, especially since some of that before hand is a Prologue.....

Then again, that's just me.

I'm really bad at long chapters 😅

But it's just a first draft, I might add more or combine chapters in the future

well now that I've scrapped my whole tournament arc, I gotta come up with what the hell am I gonna fill the rest of chapter fifty with.

*the original point of it was to make a certain character feel strong again, repurposed, and help develop another character, but that wasn't good enough for this out of the blue tournament*

I mean, it wasn't too short, not short at all, just, not quite as long as I figured it'd be.

I do that all the time lol

I usually do around 3000 - 4000 these days, not even realizing it

I used to only do 2400

I think once you write enough, you start finding your pace

sometimes barely 2000

I've gotten better about it

And in general, your chapters end up fairly similar in size because you find the pace you need for your stories ahahaha
