Does anyone else keep folders of all the game they kill in a year or is it just me?

I've been doing it for a few years and I couldn't find anyone else who does that. This is the first year I was able to get pictures of every game animal I killed and every game fish I kept.

How do you catch them

In the day I let them jump into the water and bury themselves in silt, then I go and grab them. At night, I shine a spotlight in there eyes to blind them, then grab them.

I thought they go to the middle of the pond, they just bury up right where they jump in?
