I'm a bit stuck between Orthodoxy, Catholicism, and non-denominational

I'm not sure which path to pick

I got nothing against orthodoxy, however, I will say that generally orthodox masses are spoken in Greek or Coptic, and Catholic masses are generally spoken in the language of the region where the church is located. (Again, this is a summary of orthodoxy and Catholicism, and there will always be outliers)

I wouldn’t suggest going non-denominational, as those are generally the churches that support abortion.

Gregorian chants are not exclusive to being catholic. If your joining a church for the "Experience" then you are not joining it because the messages are good or convicting, your joining it for the "Fun" of it.

Its why the born again cults like to scream and pretend they speak in tongues and get bitten by snakes. They are doing it for an experience, not to become better people or connected to god
