i don't believe he mentioned kyle.

from my perspective, kyle's situation is tentative (especially if you take into consideration youtube's newfound urge to purge anybody with wrong think). the case with kyle has yet to be resolved, so giving his stance publicly may come back to bite zed. it's a strategic move to protect the channel and lay low
