@Kouang Tcheo Wan so sad 😭💔 I saw a video with this boy telling his mom he doesn't want to be on any magazine. He said this was all a mistake and he does not feel this way anymore and that he hates his life. His mom appeared shocked and his Dad seemed to have no say in the matter and just sat there.💔😭

So I got a question

2021-01-10 18:18:04 UTC

How would y'all feel if I said that the U.S. cavalry/Armored Corps may have roots in WInged Hussars?

2021-01-10 20:45:39 UTC

“AND THE WINGED HUSSARS ARRIVED!!!!”

2021-01-10 22:02:49 UTC

I mean

2021-01-10 22:03:15 UTC

The so-called father of the U.S. Cavalry was a Polish nobleman, who lived in the very last years of the Hussara

So, uh, if I ever find myself in a tank, I'm slapping this bad boy on the turret

Quick, somebody copy that whole wiki page to a word document. It won't be long before Winnie the Poo "corrects" the wiki.

There was an opium war

2021-01-11 21:27:56 UTC

Fun Fact: During the Cold War, the Soviets used spies to map out entire Cities in the West and were so incredibly detailed, even after the fall of the Soviet Union, many Western Countries and companies used the maps. For example, during the US invasion of Afghanistan, US Forces used old Soviet maps from the Soviet Afghan war due to how detailed they were, to the point where there were multiple maps for a single region, based on the season, and therefore which roads were even usable

2021-01-12 00:47:15 UTC

I explained this to someone who thought I was so pro gun I wanted shotguns sold to children

Fun facts: in the 50-70s, there were promotions in stores with every bag of feed you got a free .22cal rifle. Now I don't think you should put guns in the toy section... I mean at my local Walmart they are just an isle over (in the sporting goods). I think they need to teach gun safety at schools again, parents teach kids gun safety, and deregulation of gun control all are good ideas. My father (went to school from 70s to 80s all over the mid west) and kids would bring 12 gauges to school and put them in their personal lockers so they can go hunting right after school. It's not a strange concept in american history.

what would our founding fathers think of us now?

2021-01-12 02:04:38 UTC

Abraham Lincoln wasn’t a founder fathers but if he was here he would probably disgusted about how the confederate flag that he and his men died for to contain reached the capital by a group of angry rioters

2021-01-12 02:43:05 UTC

Abraham Lincoln jailed the press and arrest detractors... Yea great voice of the first amendment.

2021-01-12 04:15:29 UTC

True, but you have to take the good with bad. No president is perfect

2021-01-12 04:19:12 UTC

Don't disagree but the idea Lincoln was perfect is just dumb... He also did have a "servant". Also he had no ill will towards the south. Grant even had his men retract celebrations in front of Lee. It wasn't a country vs country. It was a group of states vs another.

2021-01-12 04:20:39 UTC

True, a battle about the right to own slaves

2021-01-12 05:29:25 UTC

That is hypersimplistic

2021-01-12 06:47:59 UTC

Yes, i know. Slavery was the root cause for most of the reasons the southern states seceded from the union

Where do you lads think this ranks on the list of things that did not age well?

2021-01-12 15:58:36 UTC

Id say its below Gwyneth Paltrow saying she'd open a new supermarket for Harvey Weinstein as long as he let her use his private jet, and above AOC's tweet on how protests are supposed to make lawmakers uncomfortable
