I prefer painted leather two point slings personally.

They're tough, last a lifetime, and the paint prevents them from slipping.

actually that's not true. My milsurp AK sling is free. but it also sucks balls

I just ordered the ultimate firearm sling. I went with the "tactical" version with the nylon connectors so it fits my stock rifle. Not exactly what was recommended but I'll try it
