Yes, the PEG that transports the RNA into cells doesn't go away - I don't think the cells metabolise it - so I imagine it is free to just leave a cell again and travel else where - at nanometer size - no barrier would stop it - as body is designed to deal with micrometer size objects

It's an all kinds of other vaccines and medicines. Apparently if you've had too much exposure to it then your body can have overreactive autoimmune response to it. What happened to this guy even if it is a reaction to the vaccine is a one in a million kind of thing.
