We would need to explore the motive and who benefits to know if there would be reversal. If someone in power gains significantly at the cost of the community, the law is more likely to stand.

THE EFFECT: there will be no accountability for any behavior, especially among minorities. There will be more DUIs, there will be more violence against regular folks (due to theft and no money), and more severe violence because on the TRADE side there will be more brutality due to higher profits and no accountability on small volume sales and usage.... means drug lords will go wild!
