Except... I see those as all negatives. I see the USA as having a prominent role in the world stage and we need to lead - not impose our will on other countries, but lead by example. CA has taken a leadership role with promoting green energy solutions and investing in things like Solar and EV's. CA buys half of all EV's made. The CA economy has continued to grow. The advancements in solar technology in the last 15 years has been remarkable and it will continue to get better. I think working to transition to a post fossil fuel world makes a lot of sense. You don't want to wait until it is too late. How could it be a bad thing if we didn't need to rely on oil any more?

@Eden I started showing symptoms last Tuesday 1/5. I hadn't left the house (except for walks around the neighborhood) since 12/23, so I didn't think it was CoVid. Had a test on Thursday 1/7 and got the positive diagnosis 1/8. Thought I was getting better, but it has lingered. Started antibiotics yesterday.

I think I had developed a secondary infection that was keeping me from kicking it completely, which the antibiotics are helping me with. I picked up one of those pulse oxymeters to track my O2 levels. If it takes a turn, I'll go in. Luckily, my wife and kids have all tested negative. I am isolating in the guest room.
