The Bible was written by prophets and apostles. Gods spirit was in them and guided them in the process. Gods hand is in everything in the entire universe....from beginning to the end. The alpha and the omega.

and if guys stated they saw a vision and someone told them to write something...this day in age....my point is...they'd be locked up in the asylum

This day and age visions are not here for us...that was a way to reach the masses in the Bible. God knows what he is doing.
